56 Lucille was our first property – a condemned two unit scheduled to be demolished by the town, however it was purchased, renovated and remains an active property enjoyed by its current tenants. More photos of this amazing rehab are available upon request.

24 High Street was our second venture, we wanted to rehab but realized that getting this historic property ready for the next investor was our best move. The property sold in September 2023.
31 Anderson is our current project. When we arrived, this property was barely able to be entered. We have put in a lot of time and elbow grease to get it ready for her restoration.
